Refuge Vow Ceremony
Friday February 17th, 6.30 – 8.15pm
at Mahasiddha Kadampa Buddhist Centre
Refuge Vows give us the opportunity to directly protect ourself from suffering. Even though we try continuously to avoid and overcome problems, our difficulties either just remain, or come back sooner or later in a different form.
By relying on Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, we can build within our mind the spiritual realizations that are our ultimate refuge from suffering. This special event with Gen Sangdak will include advice on how to develop this inner protection and an opportunity to take Refuge Vows.
